XKs UNLIMITED strives to provide excellent service. To help us achieve that goal,
please keep these guidelines in mind. Feel free to call if you have any questions.

  • Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported to the carrier at the receiving end. Then call us so we can initiate a claim.
  • Notify us of incorrect, broken, or missing parts within two days.
  • If you need to return a part, for any reason, you will need to call our customer service representative for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. When you call, have a copy of your invoice in hand. The RGA Number must appear on the outside of your package. This will help ensure any problem is resolved quickly and accurately.
  • No returns after 30 days.
  • Minimum order is $25.00.
  • Please return items in their original packaging. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are damaged during their shipment back to us due to poor packaging.
  • No returns of installed or mishandled parts.
  • All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge.
  • No returns of special order items.No returns of electrical items unless order was erroneously filled or part has clear manufacturing defect. Inspect these parts prior to installation; once installed they cannot be returned.
  • Send returns prepaid UPS, Registered Mail or by other traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for shipments that cannot be traced. We will not accept returns sent Freight Collect.
  • Include a copy of your invoice with any return (including cores).
  • Allow at least ten working days for a return to be processed.
  • Back ordered items will be indicated on your invoice in the "B/O" column. You will not be charged for those items until they are shipped to you. While we make every effort to keep all parts in stock, we will, from time to time, be out of some items. When a back ordered item comes in, we will call to confirm you still want the part. Back ordered items are subject to price increases.
  • Shipping costs calculations in our on-line catalog are in one pound increments per item. However when your order is shipped you will only be charged for the actual weight of your order rounded up to the nearest even pound. XKs Unlimited does not make money on shipping.
